The fact is, 35% of young adults text and drive because they don’t think they will get hurt. Tell your teen they’re not invincible. Stop the Texts. Stop the Wrecks. 49% of drivers with cell phones under the age of 35 send or read text messages while driving. Don’t become a statistic. You are 23 times more likely to get into a crash if you text while driving. Seriously - Nascar could not have asked for better PR. Several delays. First Monday race. First full race under the lights. A jet dryer catching on fire and everyone getting out the way. And a green-white-checker finish to boot. Oh yeah, can’t forget Danicka Patrick’s Sprint Cup debut and only 3rd female driver to race it. This Daytona 500 needs to be next to PR in the dictionary.
